Ashlea joined Farleys’ commercial property team in June 2019 and was promoted to partner in October 2024 after five successful years. Prior to this, Ashlea began her legal career in 2015 within the commercial property department of a North West law firm. She developed her expertise in dealing with commercial property transactions, asset and goodwill sales and purchases along with corporate share sales and purchases.

Working from the firm’s Preston office, Ashlea acts for both mainstream and private lenders in re-financing and acquisitions, clients with large property portfolios and the franchisees of a national fitness brand. She also acts for a leading healthcare provider. Ashlea specialises in the buying or selling of a business, the negotiation of a lease or a sale or purchase of development land or a property.
