Jane Chadwick has over 10 years of experience as a solicitor specialising in personal injury and medical negligence claims.

Jane has particular expertise in birth injuries and medical negligence during or after child birth.  She has advised many women who are seeking compensation for injury or child-loss as a result of negligence. These types of cases require particular patience and sensitivity; an approach which Jane prides herself on.

Jane also advises on other types of personal injury claims including all manner of accidents at work ranging from small scale to serious injuries, including crushing and amputation injuries. Jane also has a great deal of experience pursuing personal injury following serious road traffic accidents, having claimed hundreds of thousands of pounds for numerous clients.

Jane deals with fast track and multi-track cases.
